At Save Point Merch, every item is made to order just for you. This allows us to reduce waste and create each piece with care before it begins its journey.
Standard Shipping
- Flat Rate: $9.95 USD
- Estimated Delivery: 7–9 business days after your order has been placed.
Orders over $75 USD qualify for Free Standard Shipping.
Order Processing
Because our products are made to order, most orders require 2–5 business days for production before shipping.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Delivery Estimates
Our typical delivery timeline is:
- Production: 2–5 business days
- Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Estimated Total Delivery: 7–9 business days
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary during holidays, severe weather, or periods of high order volume.
Multiple Items
To get your gear to you as efficiently as possible, some orders may ship in separate packages. If this happens, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.

We currently ship to locations supported by our fulfillment partner. Shipping availability and delivery times may vary depending on your destination.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before completing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and your package is returned, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by that carrier.
If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us and we'll gladly help investigate the shipment and work toward a resolution.
