Shipping Information

At Save Point Merch, every item is made to order just for you. This allows us to reduce waste while creating each piece before it begins its journey to you.

Standard Shipping

  • Flat Rate: $9.95 USD
  • Estimated Delivery: 7–9 business days after your order has been placed.

Orders of $75 USD or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

Order Processing & Delivery

Because our products are made to order, your estimated delivery time includes both order fulfillment and shipping.

Most orders are expected to arrive within 7–9 business days after being placed.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally take longer during holidays, severe weather, periods of high order volume, or other carrier delays.

Multiple Items

Some products may be fulfilled and shipped separately. If your order arrives in multiple packages, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees simply because your order is sent in multiple packages.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping availability may be expanded to additional destinations in the future.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address causes your package to be returned, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, final delivery is managed by that carrier.

If your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we'll be happy to help investigate the shipment and work toward a resolution.
